MEET LUKE
My interest in fitness started at a young age, learning from my father who was also a personal trainer. I learned the importance of being physically fit and developed an appreciation for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
In 2014, I earned a Personal Trainers Certification through the American Council on Exercise before receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte. In addition, I hold a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and am a certified exercise physiologist.
What excites me most about fitness is the opportunity to help people see their potential and achieve their fitness goals. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and feel equally comfortable with a five-year-old as I do with someone in their 90's.
When I am not working with my clients, you can find me spending quality time with my wife Allie, our families, or helping my friends move.
Luke is professional, polite and knowledgeable. He built an exercise program around my fitness level, and his clear communication makes it easy to follow the routine. He is willing to provide reminders and motivation, and even do additional research into any issues that I may be facing.
After carrying around two children regularly, I had lower back pain and muscle tightness. Because Luke is certified in Corrective Exercise, he was able to create a personalized stretching and strengthening plan. Now I feel 10 years younger.
