With one-on-one training, I focus all my attention on you. Workouts are tailored to your specific goals. As an active participant, I will keep you motivated while ensuring you maintain correct form to prevent injury.

A variety of training options are available for any age, level or lifestyle. Whether you are looking for in-home training or virtual training, I will work with you to achieve your fitness goals. If you don’t see a package that works for you, contact me for a custom solution.

ASSESSMENT

Free Assessment

Together we will discuss:

  • Short and long term goals – Discuss what you wish to accomplish and how we can get you there
  • Eating habits – Review your current diet and potential improvements
  • Flexibility – Better understand why you may be experiencing pain or discomfort due to muscle tightness
  • Health screening – Answer health history questions to better understand your exercise limitations (i.e. heart condition, past surgeries, etc.)
  • Motivation barriers – Discuss what has kept you from achieving your health goals in the past so we know how to tackle them in the future
  • Previous or current exercise routines – Share what exercises you like, and don’t like, so we can create an exercise plan to achieve your health goals
